We have them monitoring our vacation home in the north Georgia mountains and they all work flawlessly.......once you get them set up. If you are a casual computer user YOU WILL NEED HELP. Getting them to work wirelessly was not too difficult but unless you are familiar with getting into the internal programming of your router and setting up the port forwarding for access from the internet or your smartphone, YOU WILL NEED HELP. Static IP addresses, non static IP addresses, DNS hosting services, port assignment, was all greek to me and no amount of looking on Youtube helped me. Luckily my son spent Christmas with us and he is a project manager for a major electronic security firm. It even took him about 45 minutes to get all the cameras recognized via the internet as the instruction manual is less than clear.
